Would you quit a job u hate?

I would never quit a job without first lining up another. Not only do you risk being unemployed for a long time if nothing comes up quickly, it doesn't look good to future employers.

I worked at Teledyne for less than a year before I got a better job that I loved.

When I worked for Wells Fargo, I walked out after 3 months and never went back. I had no job lined up. They sucked that bad.
I already quit a job I hated lol. Security.....ew.
I would be looking around to see what lse is out there. But for short term stay where you are until you can find something better.
