I really would like to take pictures and I have it down as a hobby.But I also want to take pictures like that dude off americas next top model-like the cover girl one.

I think those careers requires both social skill and talent. You need to have a lot of connection to get into that position.
You want to become a photographer . If your in high school you can start by taking a photography class. Since you said just a hobby than that class would be enough, or in college you could minor in photography. If you want to become a professional photographer, than go to a college that specialized in it, lie an art college.
