Leaving job - 2 week notice, what to say?

2 things - when i give my boss 2 week notice , i go into office. IS first thing i say that ive accepted another offer then give reason, or do i first say ive enjoyed working here but due to such and such reason i have accepted another offer.? is there a difference?
Also-
I have a vacation scheduled to begin thursday of next week, and will give notice tomorrow on monday - do u think they will want me to come back after my vacation, or just tell me to mkae wed my last day. Im not high up oin the company fyi.

first, put your resignation in writing so there is no mistake about your terms (effective date and last day of employment, where to forward check etc).

second - talk to your boss behind closed doors, hand him the resignation letter....and tell him you are giving him two weeks notice effective (date)....you have enjoyed working there (do not include any negatives - be positive ) please inform him that you have vacation coming up this week. you would like to come back to complete your hr paperwork, but prefer not to return after your vacation, as your new position will be starting at that time.

good luck (remember -just do not burn any bridges)
Just tell them that this new job, offers you the stuff they cant or dont offer and its something you cant turn down. usually works best if you write a letter.
don't go into specifics.

simply say that I have enjoyed working here, but I am moving onto other opportunities.
Tell your boss you will givr your 100% til the end and that you are leaving with lots of respect to him. You never know if you might need him or his help.
just tell them u have a better job opportunity that ur taking and sorry that you re leaving I'm putting my 2 weeks in. then they probably wont schedule u for the Weeks. my job didn't.hope this helps
They may just tell you to leave immediately and if they do they should pay you your unused vacation - however much you have "earned" by company rules including the week you were going to take
When they notice that you are not their. That all the notice they need.
