Ok after that? |
ok i want to call the place i want to work at and call to see if they are hiring so after i call what do i tell them ? do i ask for the manager? and talk to him or her ? what do i say and what do because i have an application ready to go I would forget the call, and just walk in and give them your application. Those calls are so annoying, especially during meal times, or in smaller places where the manager also "works" the store. I would suggest u to ck if they have a website...they usually put the job openings in there...or u can call that place & talk to the HR dpt and they will tell u how to apply. done that b4 ;) take to someone in human resources and say you are checking the status of your application if you submitted one if not ask to speak to the manager when you drop it off and ask if they have any positions available. When you call, ask to speak to the person who's hiring...manager, human resources, who ever and then send them a letter of interest. Some places do not accept unsolicited applications. After a week if you haven't heard back, than you can call and say you would like to know if they are hiring. Hope all goes well. Applying for a job now myself |
