Have anyone taken aptitude test with Maersk line? |
Tell me more about that. What do they test you on. What are the likely questions. I've applied job for Purchasing Manager. Hello, the LI PI test is not complicated and is pretty much based on general knowledge, you don't need to prepare or study as is nothing to do with the Shipping industry itself. It just measure some indicators that will help HR people place you in the right position within the company. I have to say that is not the only indicator to hire you as the interview is important in the process but the test is very important for MAERSK and where you can go within the company. The test is all multiple choice and have two parts: numbers (problems and calculations involved) and words, questions like, honesty is to trust like faith is to: and they give you 3 or 4 options. The important thing is that it has to be done in less than 12 or 15 minutes (I don't really remember the time frame), so timing and prioritizing is the key. Good luck |
