I would like to move up the career ladder within my pursuit of profession in Psychology, but unfortunately I have certifications, training, and experience within the Foodservice!! What can I do to transiton from this related feild to obtain the experience that I need for my profession?
You will certainly need to get an education, a minimum of Bachelor's to do work in the field. While you are on the path to getting your education, seek a mentor in the field in which you'd like to work, as well as internships.

you could always go back to school and get your phd and become a professor or you could start your own counseling business.
