Don't say you go get a gun and come back and kill everyone that is a wrong answer.

I thrive on stress myself, deadlines energize me so do my best work. When I start to stress out I think about the worse thing that can happen and accept I could live with that so anything else isn't so bad. As a stress manager I exercise going to the gym for an hour of aerobics is great to get out the pent up energy.
Well it would depend on your personality. If you work well under stress or it's a motivator for you. You would say "stress is a motivator, I see it as a challenge." If stress "stresses" you out. Then I would say "stress allows me to focus on a particular problem etc." "I take time to assess a stressful situation and work towards it accordingly." Keep it positive no matter what your real personality is, or how you deal with stress. None of us "love" stress but, stress makes us all react a certain way to it. Stay positive in all your answers and you can't go wrong. Put a positive spin on it. Good luck!
I often use time management which has effectively helped to reduce stress. I manage my projects as efficiently as possible, I prioritize according to expectations.. There is always stress factor however I consider to be a normal feeling when timelines are short. I work well under pressue and am highly motivated and face paced enviornments.. I handle it by 1) planning ahead 2) if unexpected siutuations happens make effective decisions quickly 3) prioritize and set or adjust timelines as to resolve the situation quickly and effectively...

Usually, they just want to know you can get the job done.. tell them you like to get things done quickly and ahead of schedule.. however if somethings gets in the way " you get it done.. !"
I would say:

Stress is something that happens to you once in a while - shows that you don't get stressed out over every little thing, which an employer would not like.
Say that you are very organised and don't leave things until the last minute so you don't tend to get stressed. When you do get stressed, then you go to the gym, discuss your issue/problem with friends so you destress quickly.

The employer just wants to know that you can handle stress and how you handle it e.g. drinking would be frowned upon.
