Is it better to join a small, 6-month old ad agency or a large, well established ad agency?

I'm 25, been working for a large ad agency for 3 years now. Planning to shift to another agency. Been offered two jobs. One with a 6-month old agency, very small, 4 creatives including me. The 2nd job's at a large multi-national agency. Pay is almost the same. The smaller agency doesn't have too many accounts, but are pitching for new ones all the time. The Bigger agency has lots of well established accounts. The small agency offers flexible timings and direct interaction with clients. While the bigger agency is rigid on timings and client-interaction will be limited. I'm really torn between the two right now. I know this is a crucial career move. Need to decide in the next two days. Any input would be greatly appreciated.

Personally, I'd stay with the bigger company. It's going to be the most secure of the two. A 6-month old company, regardless of the industry, is obviously still growing and doesn't have proven financial stability at this point. The business could fold in another 6 months. Yes, it might be more flexible in some aspects, but personally I'd feel more comfortable knowing my employer has a strong, stable foundation.
Stay with the bigger one....you'll be better off at least you know your job will be secure...
If I were you I would go with the younger agency. You never know how far it will go.
However, if you need absolute job security, go with the older agency.
