Would this be bad?

I've been working in an insurance company for about 2 months. My boss is really nice, and only 2 weeks into the job he asked me if i wanted to get my insurance license. He'd give me an office, a raise and full time hours. I registered for the course, he offered to pay half and i'm getting cold feet. I have a few moral issues working here and i'm not sure i really want to do this. I have been looking for another job and thought if i get a job offer from somewhere else, I'd give him my 2 weeks notice and of course his money back. I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing, Please help!

not sure what the moral issues are, but if they are of a general nature, something most people would find objectionable, then its probably rather generous of you to give him his money back. If they are things that most people don't find troubling, but you do, then it is indeed a nice gesture to refund his money for the course.

Its important to feel good about your work. As long as you are feeling confident about your moral issues, I think you are wise to seek something you can feel better about
What is immoral about this office? Those sound like great benefits to me - I'd suggest giving it a try. Go through the course, try out a few weeks on the job after, and if you still don't like it - talk to your boss then. You'll then have more training which will make finding a different job easier.
Never go against your morals, you answered your own question.
Yes u r doing the right .....dont listen to ne1 bcz think wht ur heart says to do ......dont think a lot .....bcz if u listen to other ppl u may get confused so do the thing u want not the ppl want!
maybe
my step daughter did the exact same thing and now she makes good money..it doesn't sound like he's doing anything wrong..but if you're not comfortable, it's probably best that you leave.
well i guess it depends on these moral issues you are talking about. otherwise i would say go ahead and take the course. if you can enhance yourself i would take it and run with it. after you finish the course and things are still not right at your work place you can move on.
