Getting the job..what else can i do?

I recently applied for a Marketing job at a school district; by looking at the job description and qualifications, i am qualified for it and i know for 100 % that i can do the job and i really want this job. I sent in my resume/cover letter on Thursday, what else can i do? How can i let them know that i can do this job and i want it?

Unless they specifically say 'no phone calls' I would most definitely follow up just to make sure they received your package. The best, I think, is actually to leave a voicemail. It's easier on you, doesn't put any pressure on the person on the other end, and can potentially be more memorable if they don't delete it right away! Call during the lunch hour. Make it short and sweet!
Call and make sure they actually received what you sent them. This lets them know that you care enough about the position to make sure it didn't get lost in the mail.
