Do you think I get into this company? |
When I went to the 1st interview the manager said that would be the only interview I need. Then I got a call the next day for another interview. I asked to get a drug test the following Monday. What do you think? I sent a e-mail to the contact person saying I am interested in the position and I am waiting for their respone last Thursday. Should I call that person today, and what should I tell/ask her? I need to start working Well try calling and sound professional by saying "I was calling to inquire how my application process is going?" Thats how I got my jobs. It shows your interested. They won't ask for a drug test unless they are about 90% sure they want you..Yes go for it..call back who ever and go in...they want you!! I would call that person today. If you don't reach them, begin looking again. If you're scheduled for a drug screen don't keep calling the job harassing them. They have to follow procedure before they can hire you, part of the procedure is passing a drug screen. If they weren't going to hire you they wouldn't have paid for the screen. Just be patient unless you failed the drug test, you should get the job m You are 99% in, but the drug test will be the determining factor. I wouldn't quit interviewing though, because you never know what can happen. Keep your options open. |
