How to recruit?

I need some ideas on how to recruit people for a virtual company other than monster, hotjobs, craigslist, and career builder. Can anyone give some ideas.

What kind of people are you looking for?

See if there are professional organizations out there - networking is still a great way to go.

You can also "Google" for the skills you are looking for - people create blogs so they can be found ....

Craigslist also does free postings in some areas - since you are looking for virtual people, you can post where it's free ...
