Is there any U.S. employer who offers job sponsorship? |
Is there any U.S. employer who offers job sponsorship? Many of the U.S. employers do. It depends some on the line of work you are in and what kind of educational background you have. It has to be worth it for them to go through the expense and time to sponsor you. Just look up a list of fortune 500 companies and most of them will have a sponsor ship program. I have worked with several people who were being sponsored. Good luck Often, you need specialized experience or an MBA or better ... Also - you could look for a large, international company. If you can get hired in your country, you can transfer to the US for a period w/o going through all the sponsorship (used to be able to at least. You could work here 2 years w/o the same sponsorship) But, finding a company that will offer sponsorship can be tough - it's expensive for the company and they want to be SURE you will stay with them ... It can be done though! Best of luck! Years in HR - used to do support for the immigration attorneys at my company. |
