Whats a high paying JOB involving real estate? |
Please don't mention flipping or renting. Try commercial real estate and commercial mortgage brokering. If you are both a Realtor and a mortgage broker, you can get great returns. The only problem is that you can't broker your own deals so you will need a partner (another Realtor) who's deals you can broker and vice-versa. Real estate agents can do very well. Obviously, becoming an agent or broker is one way to go. Going into the mortgage business is another. Going into the home inspection business is yet another. These typically require some experience, education, etc. Why do you want real estate? If you simply like houses, then maybe interior decoration would be your thing? Home construction? Repair? Plumbing, electrical, etc. You could become a real estate analyst. In the end... keep in mind that there is no magical "high paying" job. You need talent, skill, education, and luck. The big bucks rarely come immediately. And with the real estate market is such flux now, there are no sure bets. State of Kentucky -- sales in Thoroughbred Farms |
