What classes do you have to take in college to become a pharmacist?
well, i am planning on going into pharmacy school and i am a senior in college...what i did was major in biology and minor in chemistry. the most important thing that you can do is look at the graduate programs at the pharmacy schools that you are interested in. they will list the prerequisites that you need in order to be accepted into the program. also, if your undergrad university has any kind of pre-health club, join it! they are a great help in aiding those trying to pursue any kind of career in the medical field. its different among a lot of undergrad schools as to what they will tell you to take but more than likely, you should major in biology or chemistry...your academic advisor in your university will also be able and should sit down with you and layout your academic "journey" so to speak so that you can clearly define you four years through undergrad and make sure that you are on point for pharmacy school. also as another suggestion, make sure that you take your PCATs at LEAST twice and start no later than your 3rd year in taking these tests...the PCATs are the MCATs for pharmacy school pretty much. Hope this helps you, good luck :) go to a college website that offers pharmacology as a major and it will give you a complete class listing. http://www.pharmacology.med.umn.edu/cour...
