I got a job at RGIS as an auditor? |
Training is tomorrow, and i start august 6th, has anyone ever worked for this company? If so can you tell me what its like? Hey Jessica. I have worked at RGIS as an auditor for 4 years. Let me just tell you that the job is ok. Pros: If you are going to school and using this as a part time job, then its not bad because the schedule is REALLY flexible because you can tell them that you just want to work weekends OR you can work weekends and weeknights after school. The starting pay is above minimum wage which is good. Januarys are the busiest month of the year and you will definately get tons of hours if you really need them. The hours can be really short (2 hours) or it can be (12 hours) in a big store like Kmart based on the size of the store and how much inventory it has. Once you start working at some stores, you will get a feel of how many hours a store will take to do the inventory and get the job done. Cons: Januarys are the busiest month of the year and because of that you have to be prepared to work more hours because there so many stores and such limited staff that a store that normally requires 10 ppl to get the job done in 5 hours will most likely only have about 5 ppl. You have to be flexible with the hours because there are times that stores begin work at 6AM and some may start at 9PM so the hours are kinda weird. I hope this helps. If you have any more questions feel free to post them. |
