Am I hired? |
I am 16. I filled out an application online for a local supermarket, got called in for an interview about 2 days later. The interview was very short, the manager just said over what job i applied for, how much i would get paid per hour, and about how many hours i would be working. Then i got a 180 question survey, then just told me to give it to the lady at the desk and have them page him if I had any further questions. So do you think i could be hired? Ooh, the screening surveys. Those can be impossible to pass. They seem to weed out the good people! If you pass, they'll call you to determine your schedule. If you failed, you'll receive a generic postcard in the mail stating "it has been determined that you are not a good fit for the company at this time . . ." or something to that effect. On the survey did you answer that it is okay to do drugs? You could be hired, but it could be a bad sign if the manager didn't stick around. But, I guess since he gave you the survey, he is interested in you. No I don't think so. They are about to put you through a screening interview. Focus on your ability to do the job. Be positive and confident if you are interviewed. Peace and blessings! Wait a couple of days after the survey, and call the manager and let him know you're still interested. If he's interested, he'll let you know. If he doesn't let you know, keep looking. |
