Need some career advice, transitioning into a second career?

Thank you for reading my question, I need help choosing between several options for my next job. I am serving in the military as a Russian interpreter and my contract is ending in a year. I have a BS in Bus. Admin. and several degrees in Russian. My family and I are planning on moving to or near Oklahoma (my home state). It seems like most of the companies there are in the oil, gas, or banking industries. If I decide to apply to these companies, what kind of job should I look for? Do you think I should get an MBA? Would this smooth my transition? Also, would the quality of the MBA program make a difference, since I'm not concerned about landing some high-paying job in New York? Thanks, I really appreciate your response!

a mba looks great, but if you have an mba that don't amount to a hill of beans if you don't have the experience also.

i have a bs in bus admin also, but i can't find a job outside of IT, because the only experience that i have is in IT.

i wish i had skills as an interpreter. i hear they make pretty good money.
