What's a 'strong' personality? |
I've seen a PA job and they're asking for someone with a 'strong' personality. What's that? DO CRACK!!! as in HAVE YOU DONE MUCH CRACK TODAY!!! A strong person who is as hard a stone and like lawyer, or to do things without question and stick up fro themselves, its a bit liek a slave sorto f job in looking after someone else and being bossed around. You need to be quiet, intelligent, know when to speak and come up with ideas - then make it look like it was all your bosses idea. You need to rise above jealous nastiness from other girls who wish they had your clothes, salary and favours and you need to be 100% devoted your your boss and job. Professional at all times and ready to jump when they say so. Basically, you ned to be tough, clever and adaptable. This is probably best described by Kipling's 'If'. If you have the courage to stand your ground when you are the lone voice and your colleagues argue and laugh at you, first ensure that you are right! You will not be loved but you will be respected. means you will be expected to deal with Bolshy people who will be out to give you hard time. You need to be able to slap them down and stay in control if they get uppy. |
