Job Interview Question.. "What are your weaknesses"...?

Whats a good "positive spin" answer on this one?

It is unlikely that most interviewers are straining their ears to hear your list of weaknesses. They simply want to see how you handle the question.

Some job candidates can get away with an answer like,鈥?While I certainly have weaknesses, I don鈥檛 believe I have any that are significant to the position. As you鈥檝e described the position to me, I think it would allow me to call upon my strengths.鈥?br />
If you don鈥檛 feel you could pull that off, name a weakness that is first, not closely related to the position for which you are interviewing, and second, a technical skill that you can easily learn rather than a shortcoming in your personality, which is very difficult to change. Then tell the interviewer how you are working to improve your weak spot.

Peace and blessings!
I change what I'm going to where the last minute. I never can have my hair how I want. Maybe I smile a lot, i dont know.
Well, usually when answering to this question, you should usually back it up with your strengths.

This is what I said:

"Although I am uncertain about this work environment (i worked in hospitality but applying for retail now - don't say this, of course) but I am a quick learner and I adapt to the workign environment very quickly"

Don't copy this but work your weakness and support it with your strengths.
there isn't any "right" answer.....
i would choose something that you can/have worked on and isn't too damaging.

i usually choose something like my time managment skills.
i feel that i have a good grasp of my daily tasks, however, when things start to come up throughout the day, i have struggled with prioritizing my old tasks with the new ones.
i am constantly aware of this and i have started to ask people for deadlines and ask them to rate the importance of this task, so that can help me prioritize better, untill i get comfortable in the position and i can start to judge that urgency myself.

this shows that i can identify a weakness in myself...i know i'm not perfect, but it shows that i have a clear plan of action to help fix this weakness in myself!

hope this helps.
Just don't say that you're a perfectionist. Everyone and their brother uses that one. I don't think that is very believable anymore (unless you really are one).
my weaknesses? "when reprimanded, I pour tea all over the boss" or "I might throw a telephone at him"

that'll get you exactyl where I am: *working on my own* and needing to please no boss.

Sorry for rubbing it in, but I love it :)
