Which job? |
At the moment, I am have been training at Casino to become Dealer and I also got another job offer at shipping company. Casino is big and the shipping company is small one. However, I got job offer as administration stuff. The salary is same but there will be no more promotion in shipping company. Casino one has lot of steps to climb. The shipping one will lead peaceful life and stuck in office. Casino one will be lot of hardship and money will earn. Administration one has I have to pay for agent fee (3 month salary in total!!!!!!!) Crazy but if I have that job, better for my CV. I hate it when I stuck in middele cross road. Casino vs Shipping company (1) Big one and small one (2) Hard one and easy one (3) fast future and slow future (4) Dynamic work environment and quiet work environment (5) Swing shift and Day shift (6) Less intouch with people and mass customer service skills and etc... Some one help me out please!!!!! You must set priorities for your life. What is really important to you. If money is your main priority then the casino job is the right pick. If family time and contentment are more important then the administration job is the one. I have never known anyone who worked at a casino who liked their job. They are under tremendous scrutiny at all times and the only reason they work there is the money. Would you rather tell folks that you work as an administrator in a small business or as a dealer in a casino? This is a factor in your job choice as well. Good luck. I would be wary of any job that requires you to pay them for a job. Maybe I'm misunderstanding something you said but it sounds a bit fishy. My hubby works for a small factory and he didnt have to pay anything to get his job. Good luck in whatever you decide! you quite both. there will be another job oof better acceptablity than casinos and shi[pping if you are after decent life style. Aside from salary, you did not mention the perquisites of the two jobs. Assuming they almost come up to be the same in salary, the job offer of the shipping company appears to be promising in meeting your short and long term goals.
