I mailed my resume last Thursday, and they should have received it on Friday. Today is Tuesday, is it too soon for a follow up? Also, should i call them or send them an email? i snail mailed my resume. Thanks
Unless the company is far away, I'd give it one week from mailing - mainly because they probably get a lot of resumes and have to sort through all of them. Call, provide them with your name & say that you were following up to make sure they'd received your resume. It's also okay to politely inquire when they expect to begin interviewing candidates. |
