What is the Associate Discount at Sears?


I am considering a part time job there, but I want to know if it will be worth it.

15-20 percent on clothes
10 percent on appliances, electronics, jewelry, tools
The associate discount is the discount that Sears gives to its employees for working there.
10-20 % depending on item. If you watch for sales and clearance items you can really get deals.
