Do I suck? |
I currently make around 75k, have 125k in the stock market, own 3 rental properties and have 30k in cash and am in my early 20's. Rental Properties generate an additional 60k in taxable income. Plus another 3-5k in dividend income. Other kids my age are buying jet skis and every expensive toy they see. Do I suck? I dream of owning my own business some day after getting several years in the corporate world and being free from the rat race. Based on my total assets will I need a pre-nup to? I never want to lose them through a gold-digging hoe bag. I do love women just dont want cut everthing I have done in half. You think about money too much and can't stop talking about yourself. Yes, you suck. no way u rule you're doing fine, man. you don't suck at all. you're doing as well as anyone I know You don't suck at all - you have dreams and aspirations just like everyone your age. They are just blowing their money on things for now - you're looking to the future. I agree with the idea for a pre-nup for sure! No, you don't suck. You work hard for what you have, and I don't blame you for not wanting to lose everything to a gold-digging hoe bag. Just make sure you don't marry, one of those. Yes, my friend, unfortunately to do in fact suck. Not because you want a prenup -- that's understandable, especially if you're marrying young, but because you feel compelled to detail your financial situation instead of just saying something like "I have a good income and great savings and investments for someone my age." Anyway, best wishes for a happy marriage, good luck with the whole get-rich-and-get-out-young-thi... and hope you one day cease to suck. What a silly question. Don't doubt yourself! You are going after your dream and doing so well! Congratulations! Who cares what other's your age are doing? You shouldn't! Way to go!!! Now, as far as marriage is concerned. Don't go looking for a wife. our Lord already has your bride lined up for you. You need to be realistic. A pre nup sounds defeatist to me- you don't think it will last anyway. When you meet the right girl get some pre marital counseling. |
