Child support? I make $1840 & she about $1900 3 kids 8,9,and 1yrs. old what's the %/amount taken from me? |
I'm from Az. and would like to come to some kind a agreement with her. She gets $500 now would like $700 but I want to give $600... So should I give the $700 or let her take me to court?.. That depends entirely on the state you live in and the rest of your custody agreement. If she has full custody, it's generally some percentage of the difference in your incomes.
