My Husband died back in 1994 and today i was looking though some old bills and found a recept from our?

account that said Tax Planning re: R.R.S.P. Contributions could this mean there could be money still out there that no one new about or not. This recept date was on April 6th 1989. If there is how do i go about finding if there is. Our both names are on this recept, cause we would both get our income tax done there together. I phoned them today and they said they would let me no if they find out anything.

Assuming you are living in Canada, RRSP stands for Registered Retirement Savings Plan. Somewhere in your records you should find to whom the contributions were made and they will be able to give you the details. Otherwise, contact the Canadian tax administration, who has a record of the account. Source(s): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/rrsp...
