How can I find cd's that pay interest monthy to a money market account?

Anywhere in the US

Does it have to be monthly? Most CDs pay quarterly, I believe.

What you can do is this: Ladder your CDs as usual (which are paid quarterly).

However, online savings accounts now are getting at least 5.05%, very close to CD rates. GMACBank.com is paying 5.30%, I believe with some restrictions. So part of your money can be put in these high yielding savings accounts,
and the CDs are still paying quarterly.
