What kind of lawyer do I need?


Getting letters from IRS about wage garnishment. Want to set up payment plan/lessen IRS interest payments. What type of lawyer do I need? In the Roseville, CA area...Thanks!

You my dear friend are in need of a tax attorney. I had the same problems. A tax attorney, can negotiate for you and possibly arrange for the IRS to settle for a percentage of what you owe
I would contact the IRS. Most times they will work with you on payment plans if you are unable to pay it all. Other than that, there are services that offer IRS remediation or you could spend a lot more money and hire a tax attorney.
You don't need a lawyer. You need to contact IRS to set up a re-payment program.
