Navy Federal? |
I have too many checking accounts with Navy Federal, so I wanted to cancel some of them, but I can't find anything on the Navy Federal website that tells me how. Anyone know? My suggestion would be to either call the Navy Federal helpline or actually go into one of the branches. I too find their site somewhat difficult to navigate. Have your access number handy, along with the info on the accounts you wish to close. You gotta go the nearest branch office. I don't think they will do it by phone nad there is nowhere in their website to close accounts. They have to be careful with phone transactions, since the identity theft is so high. I would suggest you go to the nearest branch and do this in person. |
