Can i pay people through paypal without a credit card?
Yes. You would use your checking account. PayPal encourages this. That way, they don't have to deal with CC companies, and they are not in danger of charge backs in the event of a non performing seller. You would be at the mercy of PayPal if you run into a non performing seller if you use your checking account. So I will only pay by CC when using PayPal.
Only if you have a paypal account yourself. With a regular bank account you can setup a paypal account then pay other people from your account
