Why pay a company when it is so easy to do yourself. Go to www.moneysavingexpert.com and download a template letter. We didn't even send any money for the return of our statements. We then followed the advice on the site, worked out what was owed, the bank disagreed and said it was actually more and we got 拢800 in no time at all.
