Need to rent house in De.Can I find a place with poor credit.Who can help?

I've found that it is much easier to rent a house from an individual person instead of a property manager. An individual person will have a for rent sign that they bought from walmart or somewhere like that. And a property manager will usually have a professional sign. And you won't have to worry about them checking your credit. And tell them that your ready to pay in cash for the house. Source(s): I've done this a few times and it works great. I also have horrible credit and an eviction on my credit. This is the only way that I've been able to rent anything.
It might be easier than renting an apartment with poor credit. Many first time landlords don't know about checking credit ratings and think they are a good judge of character. You many even find one that checks credit and will believe your reason for it so rent to you anyhow.
