I owe $5000 due at the end of 3 years and $3000 due at the end of 7 years?


I owe $5000 due at the end of 3 years and $3000 due at the end of 7 years?
i am allowed to replace these obligations by a single payment at the end of 5 years. if money is worth 4.5%, what is the total amount to be paid by me at the end of 5 years using the end of 5 years as the focal/comparison date.
please help me calculate this, i dont know if what im doing is correct.
