I want to buy this house, and i want the people to sell it to me. What can i say so they will close sale.? |
I am the only bidder and house has been on market for 3 weeks. I would GAMBLE Increase your offer by say 拢500, with a condition, "I would like to increase my offer by 拢500 on the condition that the property is taken off the market. This is a best and final offer and it stands for 24hours" If they dont accept, what have you lost? if they dont sell the property to someone else in the time period they are holding out for, trust me, the agents will come back to you offering you the property at the previously offered price... If they dont then theyve obviously sold it to someone willing ot pay more money. The other option is to offer the individual at the agency a some form of beneficiary aid... (perhaps the 拢500 that you would have increased to) to convince the seller to accept, or to very low key market the property so it is not sold to anyone else. I WOULD NOT ADVISE THIS, the agent could face up to 5 years in prison and it is highly immoral on your part if you want it that bad offer what they are asking for it You don't have to say much, just make a good offer and come thru with the funding. |
