Have been renting in Ghana since June 2002, up to now. Period covered 3 landlords, all paid as stated, no problems on my side. Am near the end of a 2 yr MONTHLY rental agreement with present landlord and do not wish to renew. As the 3 bdrm/2ba floods during the rainy season and my African wife wishes to move. Though American, I DO NOT pay rent in dollars, as I would not asks you to pay rent in Cedis in the US. Am easy to get along with and quite renter, no habits. Been to Ghana many times and will be longterm this time. I am African American and middle aged. Must be residentially internet accessible location. Thank you
