Where is a good area to live in the Bethlehem / East Stroudsburg area?


Will be moving to this area of Pennsylvania because of a job at East Stroudsburg? Looking for a quiet, nice, and safe area to live in. I welcome any suggestions for apartments / townhouses as well as recommended areas and those to avoid. Thanks.
