How do I start an estate agency?


What are the laws and regulations involved? I have ran businesses before but this seems to be a very secretive industry. Any help much appreciated! Thanks

Normally if an industry is secretive it can be a difficult one to get involved with.

If you cant find work within an existing estate agency then why not re-visit the industries you have worked in before and re-start a business within them?

I suggest you take a job at an estate agent for a year first ..

.. there are many short-cuts etc. you need to learn if you are to compete successfully with existing estate agents
