probably not.....I WOULD DOUBT IT. I KNOW YOU CAN NOT IN TEXAS.
Usually each state runs a background check and typically felons are unable to be liscensed through the state.
this varies by state. Most likely it depends on what the nature of the conviction was. If it was an person to person offense, anything involving unlawful taking or fraud, no, you can't.
