blank quit claim deed There everywhere... The question is are they any good. Please give us more information. What state is it in? Some states have public records online, you can just copy one. But it needs to be done right, and you must follow the state guidlines. For gosh sakes.... please dont go to the office depot! I have spent my whole career correcting peoples homemade deeds! Just remember to get the quit claim notorized...... Also, remember that a quit-claim does NOT transfer ownership, but can remove someone that is existing. For example, a property owned by: John Doe and Susie Smith Susie Smith can quit-claim her name off. But what you CAN'T do is take Susie's name off and put "JANE JONES" on. However, if you are ON the mortgage, you are still on the hook for the payments...quitclaiming doesn't change that. see profile...I never sell anything online. |
