For raw land, how much more is a property worth if electricity is nearby? On the average.?


This is regarding raw land in West Texas in Reeves County, approx. 26 miles from Pecos TX.

I don't know, however, do you know the cost of other utilities, such as water and sewer? Does the land 'perk' so that it can handle the septic system you want? Is it all usable land, or is some in a swamp? Seen any or many mosquitoes? Alligators? Snakes?
