How hard is the real estate exam in Louisiana? Did anyone pass first time?

In Louisiana the test is broken into national and state. I failed the broker license the first time passing the national but failing the state as the laws are different in Louisiana.

I really had to think is this a national question or state question.

I studied and did pass the second time as a Broker.

I enjoy having my license in LA & CA.
