Is there a way to find out what property somone owns? |
I am trying to find out how much property my boyfriend owns. Anyone know a good website with this information that is up to date. Thanks google you property tax assessor and it may be online, do your search there, these are public records. ps. he may own property in another state or county, it could be harder than just one website. So, you want someone to hand you a shovel to dig for gold with? Why not just ask him? He'd probably be flattered that you want to know, and impressing a woman with property ownership is a nice easy way for a guy to sort of flex his (financial) muscles. It's a bit disturbing that you want to immediately start covertly doing property searches on your boyfriend, though. I'm unclear why you wouldn't be able to talk to him about it in conversation? CALL YOUR LOCAL COUNTY ASSESSOR AND HAVE THEM RUN A CHECK BY HIS NAME ITS THAT SIMPLE. Contact your local tax assessors office for records. It's public info. Just ask him. First type into a google or yahoo search engine your county and the words public records. Most counties have that information online now. If not you will have to go to the municipal building and look it up the old fashioned way contact the local tax assessor office ..provide addresses . |
