Can someone give me several communities in and around Washington DC?


I may be moving to the DC area in the next 4 to 6 months and will be looking to buy an affordable house in a decent neighborhood. Affordable means $400K or lower and a safe clean neighborhood within driving distance to the city.

Look in Virgina, like Arlington, McLean, Fairfax and Alexandria.
In MD try Montgomery County. By all means, stay away from Prince George County.
