Help! Need Home buying help?

Hi All!

My husband and I are interested in a particular property, and on the website where it lists information about the property it says:

"CNTG/NO KO - (Contingent with No Kick Out) - Indicates that the property is available but has a contract with at least one pending contingency and the pending contingencies do not contain kick out clauses."

Could someone please clarify this? I'm not exactly sure what it means. Thanks!! :)

If you want this property: I suggest you think about making an offer (yours will be in second position). I suggest you make yours with the contingency that IF the first offer falls through yours than goes into first position.
Good luck.
pretty much means you have to wait t see if that contact goes through
Ask your Realtor to explain this to you.
