My landlord is selling my house. Are there restrictions on how often he can bring potential buyers over? no but there are restrictions on when and how much notice he must give you. you need to look up landlord tenat rules for your state each state is diffrent so i couldnt tell you exactly. oh Gurl, i hate that!! \o/ he should only come during normal business hours between 9-5, he can show it as much as he needs to but he shoudl respect those hours and give u some notice before bringing someone to view the property. if he does not give notice or exceeds business hours u can refuse entry. I think you wanted to say "my landlord is selling HIS house". Why in the world would he have a limit on number of potential buyers he can bring?... http://tinyurl.com/29fdbq Hi, He can bring in an army if he gives you proper notice. Don't forget the property does not belong to you, and the property owner has every right to sell it. As long as the legal rules are followed you can do nothing. Let's hope it sells fast! |
