Guarantor--Apartment question?


My dad is my guarantor for my first apartment. He had two things of paperwork to fill out, get notorized, and fax in. I have to take my paperwork up there today to sign the lease. Does he have to come since his part is already done?

not sure. I personally have the co- signer sign the actual lease as well.
ask the person who is doing ur application duh!
