Why are so many people trying to buy or sell Real Estate without the help of professionals? |
People will hire an attorney to fight a $200 traffic ticket or run to a doctor at the first sign of a cough but will try to buy or sell their home without an agent. I just don't understand! First off, you make more money. You should've seen the show 20/20 where they explain that stuff. To save money, B/c real estate agents rip u off they want to save money on there house thats the reason especially know that the econmoy is not good alot of people are struggling to make the extra dollar because it takes longer and is more expensive through professionals money, and sometimes lack of knowledge more than likely a professional could help you negotiate a deal that in in your better interest than you could do for your self because anybody can do it themselves, so why give money away just because someone says you cant do it by yourself. people cut their own lawn too and some people pay for that to be done also, go figure. iam with you...it makes no sence to me either. its actually kinda funny. |
