What are the best ways to find a good job were you can grow with a company?
I have worked for Skogen"s for six years it is a family Business. Look for that type of employer. You can advance faster in a Family owned company. I was at one time at the bottom but with hard work I am up with the rest of them.

There are no best ways to find a good job and if you ever feel your growing with the company don't ever and I mean never for get that the company is exploiting you only for your ability then once there finished with what they need from you they'll spit you out. I wish that every company that I've worked for I destroyed their equipment when the opportunity was there they really took me to the cleaners.
