pppay.com. has anyone used it? how secure is it?

I would recommend choosing Paypal or a company that is VERY well established and well-known.

If they've been around for 4 years and you haven't heard of them, you may want to go with someone more established.
I don't trust any payments system that is NON US

No way to go after the company if non US if they screw you
