I need lose some weight? |
What is a good diet that is not so restristive and lose alot of weight ? Anyone know of any . thanks When it comes to losing weight, the hardest part is changing your lifestyle. This is a commitment you will have to make for life, not just a temporary quick fix. You will have to have incredible will power and self discipline in order to lose weight and keep it off. Do not fall for fad diets (stuff they advertise on TV with dinners planned for you, etc.) they just do not work. This is what you will have to do: Go from three meals a day to six small meals a day. Eat four pieces of fruit, one starch, one protein, and as many vegetables as you want each day (steamed or fresh, never fried). Eat grains, dairy products, red meats, and junk foods rarely, in small amounts. Exercise every day for at least twenty minutes: enough to break a sweat and get your heart pumping. Eat when you are hungry. Don't when your not. Try sugarless gum for times when you want to chew something, but aren't hungry. Don't expect to lose more than five pounds a month. It takes a long time to lose weight, especially if you are female. If you can find a "lose weight" partner, you will find it easier to stay committed to your goal of exercising. Make a exercise date each day, and discuss what you've eaten, how much you've lost or gained with your "lose weight" partner and much more. Source(s): I like this link the best. It's a diet that is free and full of common sense. http://www.theloseweightdiet.com/... There is no "quick and easy" way to lose weight, at least not for good. You need to cut out the "empty" carbohydrates that you consume. If you want a good diet to follow, look to what a diabetic should eat. Stay away from anything with a high Glycemic Index. Also, diet alone won't get it, you have to also exercise. Get out and walk for thirty minutes a day. You can also swim or bike. I took off 40 pounds in two and a half months by doing what I describe here. It's all about lifestyle and change. It's about the rest of your life. http://mercola.com/ have your breakfast on time and complete, but dont take butter or cram, just chese and bread and milk or egg once a week, and you can have your llunch and you can eat every thing, but try to eat half of it and for the other half if you were still hungry eat yogurt and for dinner , eat only fruits or salad with yogurt , it has wroked for me, at least this diet keep your weight fix, success, Increase the amount of exercise you do WHILE you are reducing your caloric intake. There are no quick, easy, methods that produce long term results. Avoid diet pills, they only make the problem worse. Doing the above will probably require a major change in life style. That's why many people fail. So you need to change one little thing that you do, and continue to make small changes every month or so. Like, if it's possible, take the stairs not the elevator.. every time. Or when you go shopping instead of trying to park as close to the store door as possible, park as far away as possible and walk. If you have to have an after dinner snack, or like to snack during the day, make it an apple or other fruit. A little trick... After every meal, brush your teeth. Getting the taste of food out your moth tells your body you are done eating. But make these changes slowly. Trying to change all at once is a recipe for failure. |
